There are a number of road borders from the US to Canada, including through Alaska in the north-west. The most popular method of getting into the country via road is using one of the many coach services that operate out of and in to the nation, and transport is affordable and comfortable. An International Driving Permit is required documentation, though a national driver’s licence can be used for a time – it is best to check locally.
